About the Role

We are seeking diligent Data Annotators to enhance and refine the datasets used to train advanced AI systems. This role requires meticulous reading of model outputs and precise application of labeling instructions to help improve AI intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Label data in various formats such as text, images, audio, and video according to specific annotation guidelines.
• Assess AI-generated results to verify their correctness, relevance, and compliance with detailed instructions.
• Detect ambiguous cases and edge situations in the guidelines and escalate these to the annotation supervisor.
• Ensure consistency by maintaining high agreement levels with fellow annotators through careful judgment.
• Offer structured and actionable feedback to enhance future training datasets and models.
• Achieve daily and weekly annotation volume targets while upholding quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and strong comprehension skills.
• Ability to consistently interpret and apply complex labeling protocols.
• Strong written English proficiency with the capacity to clearly articulate reasoning and observations.
• Possession of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable platforms is advantageous.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously within quota-driven assignments.

Compensation
