Job description
Role Summary
We are seeking diligent Data Annotators to remotely work full-time on labeling and assessing various data types that train advanced AI models. This position involves meticulous evaluation of AI outputs and adherence to precise labelling instructions to enhance AI system intelligence.
Key Duties
- Label text, image, audio, and video data following comprehensive annotation guidelines.
- Assess AI-generated content for correctness, usefulness, and compliance with instructions.
- Detect unclear cases or ambiguities in the guidelines and communicate them to supervisors.
- Maintain high agreement levels among annotators through consistent judgments and quality checks.
- Deliver constructive feedback to improve future AI training sessions.
- Achieve daily and weekly productivity targets while upholding quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent reading comprehension and acute attention to detail.
- Ability to consistently follow structured guidelines.
- Strong written English and skill in explaining reasoning clearly.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently under quota-driven conditions.

Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a competitive salary ranging approximately from $55,000 to $95,000 USD equivalent, adjusted for experience and location, plus additional benefits.
