Data Annotator - Turkish

Position Overview

This role involves manual annotation and labeling of data for our client's projects in data annotation. You will support various streams within the team, ensuring the precision and quality of data sets. Daily responsibilities include assisting project leads and team members to maintain data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manually label and annotate different data items accurately.
• Validate the correctness and dependability of annotated data sets.
• Develop targeted data sets for assessing and enhancing judgment accuracy.
• Annotate search results to reflect how well they meet user requirements.
• Review annotations to identify and amend mistakes.
• Keep comprehensive records of annotation work done.
• Maintain uniformity and consistency in annotation processes.
• Offer feedback aimed at improving annotation workflows.
• Work closely with colleagues to fulfill project goals.
• Evaluate test outcomes to pinpoint weak areas and suggest improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in Turkish and advanced proficiency (C2 level) in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in data labeling and categorization.
• Sharp attention to detail to guarantee accuracy in annotations.
• Solid research capabilities to interpret user search query intents.
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines reliably.
• Competence in analyzing data and adhering to complex instructions.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Ability to aggregate and analyze data using Excel.
• Skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing to transcribe and annotate content accurately.

• Familiarity with domains relevant to annotation projects such as audio, text annotation, speech recognition, and natural language processing.
• Experience working with annotation tools and platforms.
• Proficiency in specific languages as required by certain projects.
