DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AWS operations, infrastructure as code, and cloud engineering, combined with solid scripting skills and troubleshooting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Operate and manage AWS production environments with hands-on expertise.
• Utilize Terraform extensively for managing and provisioning infrastructure.
• Handle AWS components including EC2, EKS, networking services such as VPC, ALB/NLB, and implement IAM policies.
• Apply strong Linux system knowledge and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Automate tasks using programming or scripting languages, preferably Python or Bash.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five years professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Engineering roles.
• AWS professional certification(s) are advantageous.
• Experience in regulated environments or those demanding high availability is preferred.
• Exposure to compliance audits such as MAS TRM and SOC 2 is a plus.
• Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering concepts including Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).

• Effective negotiation skills and the capability to work independently.
