• Support merchandising initiatives by maintaining department displays and participating in promotional activities.
• Keep the work area clean, hazard-free, and compliant with company policies and health and safety guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility by being available for diverse shifts, covering evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure smooth store operations and consistent customer service.

Challenges of the Role

• Manage a high volume of tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, particularly overnight shifts, requiring sustained energy and focus.
• Handle physically demanding duties such as prolonged standing, frequent bending, and lifting products or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs, with attention to detail in repetitive stocking and zoning tasks.

Compensation
