Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead governance, risk, and compliance initiatives related to cybersecurity throughout the organisation.
• Coordinate and manage the cyber assurance schedule including control validation and testing programs.
• Monitor audit outcomes, remediation efforts, and risk management through GRC software tools.
• Establish and update cybersecurity policies, frameworks, standards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Deliver cyber risk assessments, metrics, and executive level reporting to guide organizational decision-making.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Governance, Risk and Compliance Analysts.

Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, CPS234, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
• Demonstrated expertise in Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance roles.
• Experience working in regulated sectors like financial services, insurance, or critical infrastructure.
• Proficient in stakeholder management, reporting, and effective leadership skills.
• Possession of relevant certifications, for example, CRISC or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, is highly beneficial.
