Role Overview

The Customer Training Coordinator for Specialty Ingredients is responsible for organizing and facilitating technical and commercial training programs targeted at B2B customers, distributors, and commercial partners across the GCC region. This position bridges the gap between Product, Commercial, and Technical teams but does not carry direct sales targets or responsibilities related to laboratory product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate product training sessions for customers and commercial partners.
• Create training schedules and calendars for participants.
• Arrange both online and onsite product presentations.
• Collaborate with Product and Technical teams to develop training content.
• Develop product presentations and supplementary materials tailored to various customer industries and applications.
• Maintain organized documentation of all training activities.
• Coordinate involvement of international suppliers during customer sessions.
• Manage technical webinars and product workshops.
• Keep records of completed trainings and gather feedback from participants.
• Monitor training needs identified by Commercial teams and follow up accordingly.
• Organize introductory sessions for newly launched products.
• Support educational initiatives for distributors and partners related to product knowledge.
• Update training materials regularly as products and information evolve.
• Generate periodic reports detailing training activities.
• Assist in organizing customer technical events and workshops.
• Follow up on customer requests for additional information post-training.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in product training, technical coordination, customer education, product support, or B2B ingredients.
• Excellent presentation and communication capabilities.
• Strong aptitude for understanding and conveying technical product details.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with food ingredients, flavours, botanical extracts, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, fragrances, or specialty chemicals considered an asset.
• Background in B2B product presentations, technical workshops, distributor training, or customer education is especially relevant.
• Arabic language skills helpful but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from SAR 13,000 to SAR 18,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
