Role Overview
The Customer Technical Support position involves managing and organizing travel arrangements and related financial documentation to support inspectors and auditors efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange hotel accommodations, airfares, train tickets, and car rentals for inspectors and auditors in the region.
- Analyze and compare prices and schedules across multiple vendors to select the most economical and convenient travel options.
- Plan and coordinate travel itineraries to optimize trip efficiency within budgetary constraints by minimizing costs and travel time.
- Log associated travel service costs per inspection or audit into company systems to ensure accurate expense allocation.
- Generate weekly purchase orders summarizing travel expenses for financial review and approval.
- Assess and process travel expense claims and receipts submitted by inspectors and auditors for reimbursement purposes.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to perform under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Strong ability to manage relationships with internal teams and field personnel.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs.
- Proactive problem-solving aptitude, turning challenges into actionable solutions.
