The Consumer Goods Division focuses on helping brands and manufacturers worldwide provide safe, top-quality, and ethically produced consumer products. Inspectors, auditors, and lab technicians collaborate to protect the quality of everyday household items such as clothing, footwear, toys, electronics, appliances, and furniture.

Role Purpose

The Operations team at QIMA is responsible for delivering industry-leading quality assurance services that meet the company’s rigorous standards. As a Quality Inspector, you will work under the supervision of an Inspector Team Leader or Operations Manager, concentrating on conducting thorough on-site inspections of clients’ merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly check email to receive all relevant inspection documentation.
  • Be punctual for scheduled inspections and maintain professional communication with suppliers.
  • Carry out product inspections and oversee container loading in strict compliance with company procedures.
  • Complete detailed inspection reports adhering to company guidelines and deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possess at least a college degree in apparel or a related field.
  • Bring over 7 years of experience in quality management roles.
  • Have practical expertise working with products such as footwear, garments, denim, and bags.
  • Demonstrate fluent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Be knowledgeable about AQL standards and applicable safety and quality regulations.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and uphold strong professional ethics.
