Customer Support Executive

Role Overview

As a Customer Support Executive at Nobroker Technologies Solutions, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our paying customers, managing relationships to foster trust and satisfaction. Your responsibilities include understanding the customers' housing requirements and assisting them in locating suitable tenants or properties, engaging in both inbound and outbound communications, and negotiating on the customer's behalf using internal tools designed for optimal service. Adherence to company communication standards and going beyond to deliver outstanding service are essential.

Training Details

Comprehensive training will be provided initially to equip new employees with a complete understanding of the processes involved.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education ranging from 10th grade, 12th grade, Diploma, Graduate to Postgraduate level, with experience varying from zero to three years.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, with good numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to make effective decisions.
• Languages required include English and Hindi paired with Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
• Flexibility to work a 9-hour shift with login times between 8 AM and 10 PM.
• Availability to work six days a week with a weekday off.
• Must have personal equipment including a laptop with a webcam, reliable internet connection, and power backup.
