Customer Support Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical/Customer Support Executive to provide assistance via voice calls or digital chat regarding issues with electronic appliances, laptops, and smartphones. This is a full-time, on-site position with rotational shifts and weekly offs.

Job Responsibilities

• Offer technical support to customers through telephone calls or chat platforms for problems related to electronic devices including laptops and smartphones.

Salary and Compensation

The total salary package can be up to ₹22,500 per month, with an in-hand salary of up to ₹18,800 monthly.

Interview & Work Details

• Walk-in interviews are scheduled between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
• Work is conducted at Teleperformance, Tower A, Ground Floor (Recruitment Area), Bestech Business Tower, Block A, Sector 66, Mohali, entry through Gate No. 3.
• Shift timings are rotational for 9 hours per day, including rotational weekly offs.
• This position requires working from the office premises.

Eligibility Requirements

• Applicants must hold a technical degree or diploma such as BCA, B.Tech/BE, B.Sc IT, Polytechnic Diploma (post 12th), or PGDCA.
• Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi are essential.
