Job Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking Customer Support Executives to join our team at the Bengaluru office, providing superior assistance to customers through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions with clarity and patience, ensuring their concerns are effectively comprehended and resolved.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clear and patient communication with customers via telephone, email, or chat platforms.
• Manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
• Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, promptly identifying appropriate solutions.
• Exercise empathy and patience to handle frustrated or uncertain customers and foster a positive support environment.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products or services to provide correct and helpful information.
• Collaborate efficiently with team members and adapt smoothly to evolving tools, procedures, or customer requirements in a fast-changing workplace.

Additional Information

• The position requires working from the office located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
• Fluency in English is mandatory along with proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam.
• Applicants with educational qualifications from 12th pass to any graduate are eligible to apply.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between INR 18,500 and INR 25,000.
