Customer Success Executive

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Executive based in Bengaluru, you will engage directly with customers to resolve issues and provide support through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat. This position demands strong communication skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and patiently with customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to understand and resolve their issues efficiently.
• Identify problems quickly and apply effective troubleshooting techniques to provide appropriate solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Exhibit empathy and patience when interacting with frustrated or confused customers to foster a positive and supportive environment.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services to deliver accurate information and assistance.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and adapt swiftly to evolving tools, processes, and customer requirements in a dynamic workplace.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other language such as Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam.
• Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass or any graduate degree.
• Open to freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the role.
• Ability to start immediately and work from the office in Bengaluru.

Additional Information

• The position offers a monthly salary range of 16,500 to 22,500 INR.
