Solibri, a key brand within the Nemetschek Group, provides BIM (Building Information Modeling) quality assurance and model-checking tools that help AEC teams identify issues early, enhance model accuracy, and stay compliant with project and regulatory requirements. As the company rapidly expands in the Middle East, Solibri seeks a BIM-focused Customer Success Manager based in Saudi Arabia to maximize customer satisfaction and success with Solibri software.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer success initiatives for Solibri users across the Middle East, overseeing onboarding, increasing adoption, and ensuring continued customer value.
• Serve as the primary contact after sales for government and enterprise clients, assisting with BIM quality assurance, model validation, and compliance workflows.
• Conduct technical training sessions, customer success reviews, and workshops focused on rule-based validation, model quality management, and industry best practices.
• Support proof-of-concept trials, pilot projects, and full-scale deployments, monitoring adoption rates and facilitating successful outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Presales teams, and regional partners; communicate customer feedback and maintain updated success documentation.
• Perform regular site visits to customer locations throughout Saudi Arabia and travel within the region as required.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related BIM discipline, with substantial understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination, and quality compliance.
• Brings 5 or more years of professional experience in BIM, AEC software, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting roles.
• Possesses strong practical experience using Navisworks; although not required, shows eagerness to gain expertise in Solibri with company-supported training.
• Comfortable engaging with clients, delivering presentations, and communicating effectively with teams and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively within AEC contexts, understanding project challenges and building trust with professionals.
• Experienced in managing enterprise or public sector client relationships with a customer-first and solution-oriented approach.
• Fluent in English, with Arabic language skills preferred.
• Capable of simultaneously managing multiple customer accounts and partnerships.
• Must reside in Saudi Arabia due to the requirement for frequent onsite visits.
