Automation Engineer

Job Overview

The Automation Engineer will be responsible for crafting, developing, and executing automated testing and processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability. This role demands working across different product areas and infrastructure components to minimize manual testing efforts and accelerate test cycle times.

Key Responsibilities

• Create automation scripts for new features, workflows, and regression tests.
• Build and maintain testing frameworks and associated tools.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to spot opportunities for automation.
• Diagnose issues, optimize, and improve current automated scripts.
• Ensure that automation solutions meet both business and technical requirements.
• Keep abreast of the latest automation technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in automation engineering.
• Strong command of automation tools and scripting languages such as TypeScript, Python, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
