About the Role
Jupiter Equipment is seeking a Customer Success Executive to join their team based in Wanowrie, Fatima Nagar, Pune. This position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹16,000 to ₹24,000, depending on experience. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and offer effective support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Possess prior experience in managing customer queries and delivering customer service.
- Familiarity with medical equipment or a background in the healthcare sector is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong communication abilities and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Sales experience is an added advantage.
- Immediate availability is highly valued, with preference given to candidates who can join promptly.
Working Hours and Benefits
- The office hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Employees have a fixed weekly day off on Sunday.
