About the Role
Taskus India Private Limited is looking to recruit a Customer Support Executive for their premium international voice and chat support operations based in Delhi-NCR. Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide efficient assistance through both voice calls and chat for international clients.
- Deliver high-quality customer service adhering to company standards.
- Work in rotational shifts and observe rotational days off as per roster.
Requirements
- Minimum six months of experience in the BPO sector, preferably with international customer service exposure.
- Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written.
- Available for immediate joining is preferred.
