Role Overview
As a Cortex Customer Success Architect, you will enable our clients to prevent cyberattacks and optimize their security workflows. This includes automating operations and managing attack surfaces. You will be part of a highly skilled team working closely with customers, partners, and colleagues to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate customer value by guiding deployment and customization of XDR / XSIAM platforms throughout their lifecycle, ensuring efficient adoption.
- Serve as product experts for the team, addressing technical questions, scripting, troubleshooting, and delivering training.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to maximize product utilization for customers and partners.
- Translate technical knowledge into readily accessible articles and guides that scale customer support.
Required Experience and Skills
- Proficient in developing and maintaining scripts using Python; knowledge of JavaScript or PowerShell is advantageous.
- Strong background in security design, architecture, content creation, and automation of workloads.
- Experience with cybersecurity technologies including EDR, SIEM, SOAR, NGFW, and their related ecosystems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure with relevant use cases.
- Knowledge of attack surface management is beneficial.
- Previous roles as Security Incident Responder or SOC analyst/manager.
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing positions.
- Ability to manage pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
