Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Address client inquiries through live chat, email, and phone communications.
• Conduct individual client analysis and take appropriate actions based on findings.
• Ensure client questions and concerns are handled with the highest level of service quality.
• Promote a portfolio of products and services effectively to clients.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both potential and existing clients.
• Collaborate efficiently with various departments to support operational goals.
• Work towards achieving set targets as part of the team’s objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a degree related to business studies.
• Previous experience interacting with clients in the financial services industry is highly desirable.
• Fluent Kyrgyz speaker with strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Capable of multitasking while maintaining excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High proficiency in using computers.
• Must hold a valid work permit.
