Russian Speaking Business Development Officer

Position Overview

We seek a motivated and strategic Business Development Officer to drive our international expansion and deepen our market footprint. The role involves spearheading business growth initiatives, fostering strong partnerships, and implementing strategies aligned with the company's overarching goals.

Core Duties

• Establish and support departmental KPIs consistent with corporate targets, devising actionable plans to meet them
• Assist in executing market penetration and growth tactics
• Build and sustain robust relationships through regular meetings and ongoing engagement
• Discover new business prospects and help create market-specific strategies
• Advocate for company products and services with comprehensive awareness of competitor offerings
• Engage in events, seminars, and promotional activities internationally
• Compile presentations, reports, and market analyses to aid strategic decisions
• Mentor and inspire team members to enhance performance and development

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in business development, client or partner relations, or equivalent roles
• Fluent in Russian and English, both spoken and written; Uzbek proficiency is advantageous
• Willingness and flexibility to travel as required
• Self-driven with a results-oriented approach
• Capable of performing effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder influence capability
• Proficient in client management, problem solving, and negotiation
• Solid management and leadership abilities
• Computer proficiency
