About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries maintaining high-quality service standards
• Conduct thorough analyses of individual client portfolios and take appropriate action based on findings
• Keep updated on the newest offerings, promotions, and product developments by Trading Point, and communicate these alongside relevant terms to clients
• Ensure strict adherence to company legal frameworks and compliance requirements
• Provide constructive feedback for potential improvements to company systems
• Represent the organization’s interests faithfully and collaborate with the Client Relations team in business development activities
• Contribute to achieving team goals and targets
• Work collaboratively across different departments to enhance business operations

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Experience in client servicing within the financial services industry is highly advantageous
• Fluent proficiency in Swahili with excellent spoken and written English skills
• Dependable individual with strong ethical character
• Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities
• Proactive, innovative, and motivated by targets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• Proficient with computers
• Valid work permit is mandatory
