Position Overview

The company is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their Cromwell team. This role involves engaging directly with trade customers through face-to-face and telephone interactions, providing expert guidance to help customers select the correct automotive parts. Candidates should hold a full New Zealand driver’s license and demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for cars and vehicle components.

Key Duties

• Attend to trade customers at the service counter and via phone communications
• Assist clients in locating appropriate vehicle parts and finding practical solutions
• Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders
• Identify opportunities to upsell or suggest complementary items enhancing customer value
• Develop and maintain strong bonds with the loyal customer base

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Previous experience delivering customer service, preferably within the automotive or trade sectors
• Basic computer proficiency is essential; familiarity with Excel is a valued advantage
• Genuine interest and knowledge of cars or automotive parts
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, high-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• A cooperative, team-oriented mindset willing to contribute broadly within the workplace

Employment Details and Benefits
