Role Overview
Join the Autobarn family as a Sales Assistant and play a pivotal role in helping customers be road-ready! This opportunity involves providing excellent support to both our team and valued customers. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, your focus will be on delivering superior customer service while contributing to store sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and knowledgeable product advice.
- Assist in reaching store sales and overall performance objectives.
- Ensure the store environment is tidy, safe, and appealing.
- Support stock management, merchandising efforts, and inventory control processes.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Candidate Profile
We seek individuals who are hands-on, customer-centric, and highly motivated to learn. Leadership experience is not required but the willingness to grow and support the team is essential.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and organizational abilities.
- Preferably, prior exposure to retail or customer service roles.
