About Carma and Role Overview
Carma is revolutionizing the automotive industry in Australia as a digital pre-owned car dealer focused on making car buying and selling effortless and enjoyable. We have a diverse in-house team handling everything from engineering to marketing, purchasing to reconditioning. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming voice for our customers in Sydney, supporting their journey with warmth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers buying or selling vehicles via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Guide customers through booking inspections and handovers, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- Develop trust and rapport by proactively addressing questions and resolving issues before they arise.
- Collaborate closely with Buying, Sales, and Delivery teams to coordinate schedules, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date administration and CRM records.
- Share ideas to enhance company processes, operational efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Take full ownership of customer interactions, always ensuring closure and prioritizing their experience.
Candidate Profile
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume setting.
- Comfortable interacting with customers via phone and digital channels; retail or call center exposure is advantageous.
- Technologically adept with a quick aptitude for new systems like Hubspot and CRM platforms.
- Highly organized and detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Empathetic, solution-oriented, and attentive to customer needs.
- Basic knowledge of cars is a bonus but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential.
- A collaborative team player who brings energy, positivity, and strong values to their work.
