Job description
About the Role
We seek a proactive and resourceful Client Services Representative who will oversee client relationships, monitor operations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely issue resolution. This position demands collaboration with various team members and department leaders while maintaining composure and applying innovative thinking.
Work Locations
There are two openings: one based at Newtown DLF2 and the other at the head office in Ballygunge, Kolkata.
Experience and Qualifications
Candidates with prior experience in hospitality, airlines, or other client-facing industries are highly preferred. The ideal candidate has 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. Formal educational qualifications are not a strict requirement if the candidate possesses the appropriate experience and positive mindset.
