Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time, on-roll basis. The role involves direct interaction with customers to support their needs and enhance their experience at the store.
Qualifications & Experience
- Applicants must have completed 12th grade or higher education.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and guidance to customers regarding their requirements.
- Support overall sales and customer service functions.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure store presentation standards are met.
- Perform stock replenishment and conduct basic stock verification.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure seamless store operations.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, grooming norms, and professional ethics.
Compensation and Interview
- Salary will align with the minimum wages applicable in the respective state.
- Interviews will be conducted at the Home Centre store located in the candidate's respective area.
