Customer Service Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our clinic team. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient interactions, assisting with daily clinic operations, and ensuring appointments are efficiently handled.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet patients both before and after phone calls.
• Address customer inquiries and provide details about clinic services.
• Support daily operational activities of the clinic.
• Answer patient queries via telephone and convert these into confirmed appointments, including front-end and referenced cases.
• Schedule appointments courteously, maintaining a polite tone at all times during calls.
• Provide patients with essential information as requested periodically.
• Collect references from existing patients to assist service growth.
• Maintain accurate records of patient appointments and data.
• Perform follow-ups on missed appointments to ensure patient retention.
• Conduct cold calls using existing databases to optimize capacity utilization.
• Coordinate with doctors and Customer Relations Officers (CROs) concerning planning of therapy (POT).
• Work independently, managing and prioritizing multiple requests based on urgency.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary in the range of INR 12,000 to 16,000.
