Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts departments to ensure timely and efficient order completion.
- Maintain and update customer data, inquiries, and order information using the CRM platform.
- Respond to customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience is mandatory.
- Applicants must be residents of Noida.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Competence in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software usage.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
