About the Role
Naturaltein LNG Private Limited in Chandigarh is seeking a Customer Care Executive to represent our brand through exceptional customer support. This role involves delivering a smooth and empathetic customer experience, primarily through digital communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries mainly via email and other digital platforms.
- Address and resolve customer concerns with patience, clear communication, and a sense of responsibility.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve questions related to orders, deliveries, and products.
- Respond to customer calls as the position develops.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 2 years experience in customer service or customer support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and thorough follow-through.
- Personable, dependable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer care.
- Ability to work from the Chandigarh office comfortably.
Working Schedule
Office hours are Monday through Friday with Saturday as a half-day work session.
