QA / QC Executive

About the Role

Naturaltein LNG Private Limited is seeking a dedicated QC Executive to join their Quality Control department at their Pisoli, Pune location. The role involves ensuring that products meet established quality criteria during receipt, storage, and dispatch stages while maintaining comprehensive quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out quality inspections of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Perform routine assessments of finished goods prior to shipment.
• Check product labels, batch numbers, packaging conditions, seals, expiry dates, and physical integrity.
• Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, and testing laboratories to obtain quality test reports.
• Maintain detailed QC documentation including test reports, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and batch-specific records.
• Ensure inventory management follows FIFO/FEFO principles and proper segregation according to QC standards.
• Identify and escalate any quality concerns, damaged products, or discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with Operations and Warehouse teams to resolve quality issues efficiently.
• Assist in product sampling and laboratory testing aligned with company policies and FSSAI guidelines.
• Maintain organized documentation to support audits and compliance checks.

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in FMCG, food, nutraceutical, or supplement sectors preferred.
• Educational background in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with FSSAI regulations and food quality standards.
• Proficient in maintaining thorough documentation and effective communication.
• Basic competency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• High attention to detail with strong abilities to detect quality deviations.
• Self-motivated with good coordination and follow-up skills.

• Location: Naturaltein, Pisoli, Pune, Maharashtra, India.
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Working Days/Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Monthly Salary Range: INR 25,000 to 30,000
