  • Possess a valid UK, EU, or EEA driving license (full or automatic) held for at least 12 months, with no more than three penalty points.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting wage of £14.18 per hour, increasing to £15.45 within stores located inside the M25; some areas may provide extra payments.
  • Guaranteed minimum of 16 hours weekly, with some roles offering from 12 hours a week.
  • Holiday entitlement beginning at 20 days plus a personal day, rising to 22 days after one year, in addition to Bank Holidays.
  • Flexible working opportunities available immediately from the start.
  • 10% discount via the Colleague Clubcard, increasing to 15% on pay-day weekends, including a second card for family use.
  • Complimentary wellbeing services supporting mental, physical, and overall life wellness.
  • Life insurance coverage worth five times your salary and an award-winning pension scheme with up to 7.5% matching contributions.
