Role Overview
As a Customer Care Representative in the Taste & Wellbeing division, you will manage the entire sales order process from receipt to shipment for specific customers or affiliates, ensuring efficient, cost-effective service aligned with Customer Care guidelines. This role requires coordination between customers, operations, and sales teams to meet needs seamlessly.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end sales orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Serve as primary point of contact for all customer inquiries related to orders and service.
- Communicate daily with customers, operations, and sales teams to prioritize and maintain smooth order processing.
- Work with cross-functional teams to monitor client schedules, inventory levels, and demand planning.
- Verify pricing, stock availability, and shipping information to keep data current and precise.
- Resolve order-related problems or customer dissatisfaction through clear communication and effective problem-solving.
- Prepare and manage documentation including invoices, debit/credit notes, returns, and shipment alerts.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records covering agreements, packaging, labeling, and stock needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent support across multiple customer accounts.
- Apply thoughtful communication strategies to de-escalate conflicts and manage customer expectations constructively.
Qualifications and Skills
- Applicants should possess a diploma in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- For experienced candidates, 1-2 years of customer care experience in the food industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP or other order entry systems is necessary.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Basic negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and shipping terminology is required.
