About the Role

As a Production Compounder based in Singapore at 1 Pioneer Turn, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless completion of production orders through various compounding activities. Your contributions will shape the future of flavor and fragrance innovations that positively impact billions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform production-related tasks such as compounding, packing, bottling, cluster operations, and cleaning under team leader guidance.
• Comply strictly with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards throughout production processes.
• Execute production activities accurately to minimize waste and avoid rework.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace through proper housekeeping.
• Support additional activities including cycle counts, hose replacements, and weighing scale verifications as assigned by supervisors.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of GCE O Level, SPM, or an equivalent educational qualification.
• Basic proficiency in English reading and communication.
• Willingness and ability to work in shifts.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards is advantageous but not mandatory.
