This frontline role in one of the UK’s fastest growing retailers requires energetic and resilient individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Your role involves supporting customers directly, ensuring excellent product knowledge, and actively contributing to store sales growth.

Work Schedule

The role operates on a two-week rotational schedule with shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM as follows:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
• Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service in a busy, fast-paced environment where customers expect quick and efficient support.
• Use digital tools such as Sparks and in-store devices to enhance the shopping experience and fulfill customer needs promptly.
• Act as a knowledgeable brand ambassador by confidently recommending and selling M&S’s newest food products.
• Collaborate within a dynamic team to maintain a supportive, high-energy atmosphere that ensures a smooth and enjoyable customer journey.
• Adapt to various store areas and shift demands, demonstrating flexibility to manage evolving retail challenges.
