Primary Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks specific to the facility and project needs.
• Carry out interior and exterior painting duties.
• Conduct light carpentry and maintain cosmetic upkeep to keep buildings clean, safe, and visually appealing.
• Perform limited maintenance of grounds.
• Operate mobile equipment and aerial work platforms as needed.
• Use chemical cleaners and power equipment carefully following procedures to avoid damage to floors and fixtures.
• Empty trash receptacles, dispose of waste into compactors or dumpsters, and properly bag trash.
• Assist or perform snow removal and minor maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols.
• Proficient use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Competent in safely handling hand and power tools.
• Willingness and availability to work overtime when necessary.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
