About the Role
Crown Sydney is looking to hire a full-time Crown PlaySafe Advisor to join their dynamic team. This position reports directly to the Crown PlaySafe Shift Manager and entails implementing and managing Crown PlaySafe initiatives aimed at reducing harm among guests and their families. The advisor will also assist in overseeing the customer operations of the Crown PlaySafe Centre.
Candidate Profile
- Must be available to work shifts on a 24/7 rotation including weekends and public holidays.
- Experience in social services or gaming operations is highly preferred.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Ability to establish trust and rapport with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent skills in conflict resolution.
- Strong written and oral communication capabilities.
- Confident presenting complex topics simply and effectively.
- Maintains high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and sensitivity.
- Proficient at cultivating and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Provides leadership to ensure adherence to Crown policies, health and safety protocols, and relevant laws.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Casino Special Employee Licence in NSW, Victoria, and WA, along with a Working with Children Check.
