Role Overview
The Pastry team at Crown Sydney is recognized for its outstanding skill and dedication to pastry craftsmanship. Led by a passionate and experienced Head Pastry Chef, this team includes some of Sydney's top pastry professionals focused on creativity and precision. We are currently looking for a full-time Chef de Partie to join this elite pastry team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a group of kitchen professionals.
- Support senior team members in daily food preparation and service to maintain consistent and high-quality food output.
- Work collaboratively to meet daily financial goals.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety policies governing food handling and workplace practices.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience working in luxury dining or hotel environments is essential.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Able to perform well in a high-pressure team setting.
- Capable of following directional guidance and managing competing priorities.
- Self-driven with flexibility and adaptability.
- Note: Sponsorship is not available for this role.
