CRM/Collections Executive

Job Overview

The CRM/Collections Executive role involves proactively managing customer payment schedules, overseeing ageing accounts, and addressing escalated payment issues to ensure smooth collections aligned with contract terms.

Primary Responsibilities

• Track and follow up on upcoming, due, and overdue installments according to payment agreements.
• Review aging reports regularly and prioritize collections for overdue accounts, especially those with high outstanding balances.
• Manage escalated cases involving payment disputes, commitments, and arrangement requests with customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up actions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Finance department to confirm payments, allocate accounts, and reconcile outstanding amounts.
• Coordinate closely with the CRM, Sales, and Legal teams to resolve collection challenges and escalate persistent defaulters as necessary.
• Generate periodic collection reports and track both individual and team performance metrics (KPIs).

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines is mandatory.
• A minimum of five years’ professional experience in collections, customer relationship management, accounts receivable, or customer service, ideally within the real estate sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation capabilities, and customer service aptitude.
• Proficiency working with CRM/ERP platforms and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential for this position.
