About the Role
We invite a motivated professional to join our thriving Brisbane CBD team as a CRM Administrator. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee the coordination, development, and ongoing maintenance of our Salesforce CRM system. Your goal is to ensure the platform’s design and functionality align with company needs, user expectations, departmental budgets, and key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts including activation, deactivation, roles, profiles, and sharing settings configurations.
- Administer Salesforce by performing system configuration, creating custom objects and fields, and modifying page layouts and record types.
- Design and build tailored reports, dashboards, and workflows based on user requirements.
- Support data migration initiatives from external sources as needed.
- Develop and execute strategies to foster Salesforce adoption and encourage best practices within the organization.
- Assess new Salesforce releases to understand feature capabilities and their implications on existing processes.
- Continuously evaluate the CRM instance to suggest improvements to business workflows.
- Create training documentation and provide comprehensive user training and support.
Desired Qualifications and Attributes
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Salesforce administration, especially Sales Cloud, including managing system audits and upgrades.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to collect requirements and define clear project scopes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of effectively resolving support tickets.
- Highly organized, committed to meeting deadlines, and adept at guiding teams towards goal completion.
- Proven project management skills ensuring projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Basic understanding of business contracts and relevant terminology for drafting clauses.
