Role Overview
As a Crew Member, you will be instrumental in delivering a fresh and distinctive fast-food encounter by preparing food by hand daily without the use of freezers or microwaves. The role offers comprehensive on-the-job training across multiple stations such as grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and expo, enabling you to excel in customer service and operations. Responsibilities
- Prepare real food manually at various kitchen stations including grill and prep areas.
- Operate the cashier and assist with salsa and expo duties as needed.
- Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service that fosters a welcoming environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace adhering to company standards.
Requirements
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude throughout work shifts.
- Have a genuine enthusiasm to assist and serve fellow team members and customers.
- Willingness to learn cooking techniques and operations extensively.
- Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
- Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) spoken at the job location.
