Your Role as a Crew Member

You will play a vital part in creating exceptional customer experiences by preparing food by hand at various stations including grill, prep, salsa, cashier, and expo. Training will be provided to build your confidence in these roles. Whether you have experience or not, we value enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and deliver excellent service that makes our customers feel welcome.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
• Passion for serving and assisting customers and team members
• Strong willingness to learn extensive cooking and food preparation skills
• Proficiency in the primary language(s) used at the work site
