Role Overview
As a Crew Member, you will play a pivotal role in preparing fresh food by hand, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining the welcoming atmosphere customers expect. Training is provided for all food preparation stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, ensuring you gain confidence and skills in a dynamic kitchen setting.

- Prepare food fresh daily without use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
- Engage with customers professionally and create a friendly atmosphere.
- Operate various stations such as grill, cashier, and food prep.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment with enthusiastic attitude.
Candidate Profile
- Maintain a positive, enthusiastic demeanor.
- Show genuine passion for assisting customers and supporting team members.
- Be eager to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Meet minimum age requirement of 16 years.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the location.
