Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you'll be integral to providing authentic, hand-prepared food with exceptional customer service. You'll learn skills across various stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo – no prior experience necessary. What You’ll Do

• Prepare fresh food daily without relying on freezers, microwaves, or can openers
• Deliver friendly and exceptional service to every customer
• Efficiently operate various kitchen and front-of-house stations, including cooking, cashier duties, food prep, and assembly

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age
• A positive, energetic attitude and eagerness to learn cooking skills
• Passion for assisting and serving both customers and team members
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary work location language(s)
