About the Role
Join Chipotle Mexican Grill in Hampton, GA as a Crew Member and contribute to our mission of transforming the fast-food experience by serving responsibly sourced real food in a welcoming environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items from scratch, including cooking on the grill, prepping ingredients, making salsas, handling expo stations, and cashier duties.
- Provide exceptional and friendly customer service that enhances guests' dining experience.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean, efficient restaurant environment.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work and customers.
- Passion for serving and helping others, including customers and coworkers.
- Willingness to learn cooking and restaurant operations extensively.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the workplace.
