Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you'll contribute to transforming the fast-food experience by delivering freshly made meals and outstanding customer service across various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Chipotle offers extensive training and a clear advancement path, with over 80% of managers having started as Crew. This role is suited for individuals with or without previous experience in food service who possess enthusiasm and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
• Work confidently at multiple restaurant stations
• Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers
• Deliver exceptional customer service to create positive guest experiences

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years
• A friendly and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong desire to learn cooking and food preparation skills
• Willingness to assist customers and team members
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
