Role Overview
As a Crew Member, you will be part of a team that prepares fresh food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers. You will be thoroughly trained to work confidently at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. The position offers an opportunity to develop customer service skills while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
What You Will Do
- Prepare and serve fresh food following Chipotle’s cooking standards
- Handle tasks across multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service creating a friendly and inviting environment
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations
Who We Are Looking For
- An enthusiastic and friendly individual with a passion for helping and serving others
- A strong willingness to learn cooking techniques and processes
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) spoken at the location
