About the Role
Chipotle Mexican Grill is redefining the fast-food experience by focusing on quality, real food made fresh daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers. We seek enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members, where you'll help maintain our welcoming atmosphere and provide exceptional customer service in multiple roles such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations.
Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you will prepare food by hand with great care and uphold Chipotle's commitment to great guest experiences. You'll engage with customers warmly, fulfill orders efficiently, and assist your team to create a positive workplace environment.
