Responsibilities

• Receive training to work competently at multiple food preparation and service stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide outstanding service to guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Requirements

• Maintain a positive, friendly, and energetic demeanor.
• Show passion for serving and assisting both customers and team members.
• Have a strong willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills.
• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus eligibility for digital tips.
• Tuition assistance covering up to 100% for selected degrees or up to $5,250 per year.
