Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you will be an essential part of creating an inviting fast-casual dining experience that breaks the mold of traditional fast food. The role involves preparing food at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers. Chipotle fosters career growth, with over 80% of managers having started as Crew. Training will be provided to ensure confidence and skill development.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items promptly and safely according to Chipotle's standards.
• Operate efficiently at various workstations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo areas.
• Deliver friendly, attentive, and engaging customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and food safety.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop cooking and service skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Possess a positive, enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for helping and serving others.
• Motivated to learn extensive cooking skills and gain experience in food preparation.
• Able to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work location.
