Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh, hand-made food without shortcuts like freezers or microwaves.

- Operate various workstations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Participate actively in team efforts to uphold Chipotle’s standards and values.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude toward coworker and customer interactions.
- Willingness and eagerness to learn cooking and food preparation techniques.
- Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) of the workplace.
